Dr. Cenk has lived in El Paso, TX, since 1986, providing advanced dentistry in the city for decades. He is a past president of the El Paso District Dental Society and the El Paso Chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a member of the Texas Dental Association and the local El Paso chapter of the Seattle Study Club, a group of dentists who meet to share ideas on the latest continuing education topics in dentistry.
Dr. Gross was born and raised in Kansas City before coming to Texas for his undergraduate degree at TCU. He began his dental journey at UT Health in San Antonio, where he received his DDS degree. He met his wife, Amanda, in dental school before moving to her hometown of El Paso. Dr. Gross has enjoyed the incredible experience of getting to know this vibrant community and being able to provide the care that every patient deserves.
Outside the office, you’ll likely find Dr. Gross on the golf course or relaxing with his wife and two kids. He believe in maintaining a healthy balance between work and life, and spending quality time with his family is his way of staying grounded.

Nora is a key leader in our front desk staff as she greets and assists patients with all aspects of patient care. She is the voice that greets patient calls over the phone, and is always available to help with any patient concerns that arise during care in our office. She is a native El Pasoan. Nora graduated from Coronado High School, then attended Texas State University where she graduated in 1999. Nora joined Redd Road Family Dental in May 2008. She helps manage our daily schedule. Nora loves meeting new people, and making sure they have a wonderful experience in our office. She enjoys movies, music, cooking, attending sports events, traveling, and socializing with family and friends over a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
Tara is the newest addition to our team and plays a crucial role as a member of our front desk staff. As the first point of contact for our patients, she warmly greets everyone as they arrive for their appointments. Although Tara is new to our office, she brings a wealth of experience of over 12 years in the administrative side of the dental field. Her extensive background enables her to provide excellent service and support to our patients and staff. Originally from Michigan, Tara enjoys the sunny, warm climate of El Paso and has embraced the change of scenery. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Duke.
Native to El Paso, Sylvia received her hygiene degree at El Paso Community College. She has been a part of our team since 2023. Sylvia is a registered dental hygienist with over 25 years experience. She loves treating her patients and the relationships she builds with them. Sylvia enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new destinations.
Laura is a native to El Paso. She has been part of our team since 2022. She studied in Albuquerque, NM, and gained her dental hygiene degree in 2017. Laura is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through personalized care and education. She truly believes in building strong relationships with her patients, and always strives to make every visit a comfortable and positive experience. Outside of loving hygiene, she loves being a mom to her son and dog mom to 7 rescues.
A dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist with 3 years of experience who strives to make patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and attain a healthy smile. Addyson graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from Midwestern State University in 2022. Originally from Holliday, TX, Addyson and her husband relocated to El Paso in July of 2023 for her husband to attend Woody L Hunt School of Dental Medicine. Outside of work Addyson enjoys spending time with friends, playing pickle ball, and spending time with her husband on the golf course.
Cindy has been a dental hygienist for 24 years. For the past 20 years, she has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Cenk. She loves getting to know our patients, and helping them feel comfortable and confident about their oral health. Building long-term relationships and making people feel at ease in the chair is one of the most rewarding parts of what she does.
Vicky has 28 years of experience as a registered dental assistant. She joined our team 3 years ago and has been a patient here since 2004. She is a highly skilled and compassionate dental assistant. she is passionate about helping people achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. As a dental assistant, Vicky strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, while providing them with the highest quality of care. She enjoys building relationships with patients and always happy to answer their questions and address their concerns. Outside of work, Vicky enjoys home improvement projects and interior design.
Vanelly is a registered dental assistant who has been with our office for three years. She loves working with patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. She brings a positive energy to our team every day, ensuring that each visit is a welcoming and stress-free experience. Whether Vanelly is assisting chairside or guiding patients through their treatment process, her goal is to make every appointment smooth and enjoyable. Outside of the office, Vanelly loves spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering at her local church.
Kayla is the friendly face that welcomes you to our office and helps ensure everything runs smoothly from the moment you arrive. Originally from Michigan, she made El Paso her home in 2004 and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Business from UTEP. With a background in customer service and a passion for helping others, Kayla is committed to making every patient feel comfortable and cared for. Her attention to detail and upbeat attitude make her an essential part of our team. Outside the office, Kayla enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
Melissa is a proud El Paso native who has been dedicated to the dental field since 2010. With over a decade of experience as a Dental Assistant, she brings skill, compassion, and a genuine love for helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Her favorite part of the job? Connecting with patients and being part of a team that makes a difference every day. When she’s not in the office, you can find Melissa shooting hoops, cheering on her favorite team—the Dallas Cowboys—or spending quality time with her family and friends. Her energy and positivity are just a few of the many reasons patients and coworkers love having her around.
